Passport applicants who lodged their applications on or before  12 APRIL 2013 may already collect their passports, EXCEPT for the following (maliban sa mga sumusunod):

If the applicant is collecting the passport in person, the new passport may be collected between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The applicant must bring the following:

1. Old Philippine passport

2. Official Receipt issued for the Passport application


If the passport will be mailed to the applicant, the following must be mailed to the Consulate:

1. Letter requesting the Consulate to send the new Passport by post

2. Old Philippine passport

3. Official Receipt issued for the Passport application

4. Self-addressed Registered Post or Express Post envelope indicating the address where the new Passport should be sent.


If another person will collect the new Passport on behalf of the applicant, the representative must bring the following:

1. Authorization Letter written and signed by the applicant

2. Old Philippine passport

3. Official Receipt issued for the Passport application

4. Valid ID of the representative


In all cases, the old Philippine passport must be presented for the cancellation of the unused pages. The old passport and Official Receipt will be returned to the applicant. Passports unclaimed after six (6) months are cancelled and returned to Manila for destruction.
