Consular Mission in Wagga Wagga

The Philippine Consulate General in Sydney is pleased to announce that it will conduct a Consular Outreach Mission for the Filipino community in Wagga Wagga and its surrounding areas on Saturday, 17 December 2011, from 9 AM to 5 PM at the Senior Citizen’s Community Centre in Tarcutta St., Wagga Wagga, NSW.

During the Consular Mission, applications for the following will be accepted:

Notarial Services

Acknowledgement/Consularization
o    Authentication
o    Waiver of Exclusion Ground (WEG) for Minors travelling to the Philippines

Dual Citizenship

Civil Registry Services
o    Registration of Birth of a Filipino Child Born Overseas
o    Registration of the Overseas Marriage of a Filipino
o    Visa

Overseas Absentee Voting registration (for those who are eligible)

Applicants are advised to send (via e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or fax through no. 02 9262 7355) their forms and documentary requirements to the Consulate in advance or before 17 December 2011 so that the consular team can already assess whether the required documents are complete. Please prepare also a self-addressed registered envelope to be submitted on 17 December 2011, together with your application, to be used in sending back your documents. The registration for Overseas Absentee Voters is also ongoing. Applicants need to submit a photocopy of their valid passport or Dual Citizenship Identification Certificate issued by the Consulate or the Philippine Bureau of Immigration.
