Obtaining a Philippine Driver’s License

The licence holder can write a request for his  driver’s license record to:

Land Transportation Office
License Section
East Avenue, Quezon City

and send this request to a representative in the Philippines who will lodge the request on his behalf. The licence holder must include his complete name (as it appears on the licence), date of birth, driver’s licence number, and purpose for the certification.
The certification of licence record will be released to the representative.
